Shipping policy

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details. We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering.

Orders will generally be shipped within 48 hours of order and confirmed payment. We use Australia Post or other trusted partners. Within Australia, shipping cost is AU$15.00 with tracking and  Overseas shipping cost is AU$40.00 with tracking.

Fremantle Opals does not take responsibility for damage occurring during transit, though we will do our best to make it right.

International orders are Australian GST-free, however, some jurisdictions may impose tariffs, taxes, or duties on imported goods. Fremantle Opals is not responsible for such charges and is unable to provide estimates. It is the purchaser's responsibility to be informed of and to cover any extra costs imposed.
